A Glimpse Into Your Day

Begin with a fluid, awakening yoga practice, gently easing you into your body and breath. Nourish yourself with a wholesome lunch and a thoughtful conversation on mindful nutrition, exploring simple yet powerful ways to connect with your food and support your body through nourishment.

The afternoon invites you into the art of contrast — guided cold plunges and the warmth of the sauna, an exploration of balance between sensation and surrender. As the day unfolds, melt into deep rest with a grounding restorative yoga practice and a soul-soothing sound bath, allowing every part of you to settle.

We’ll close the day with a nourishing dinner, leaving you feeling refreshed, restored, and deeply at home within yourself.

The day will start at 10am and finishes at 5:30pm.
